How do I do it?

I negotiate for you! So you pay the lowest possible price when you buy. In most cases, I can save you thousands of dollars in the negotiation! This not only includes settling on an excellent sale price, but it also means arranging the best mortgage terms, reducing your closing costs, and getting the home seller to throw in extras and or pay for repairs.

Getting Started

For most, choosing a new home is the biggest financial decision they will ever make. To protect your interests it’s important that you have an agent who’s there for you, and can reduce the anxiety related to the home buying process.

As your agent, my focus is getting you the best possible home at the best possible price. I will work hard not only in finding you potential homes to see, but also in keeping you informed of every step along the way. I’ll negotiate the best prices and terms for you and answer all of your questions as they arise. I’ll be representing you, not the seller. This assures that my experience and expertise in the local market will be used in your best interests during the negotiation process.

I’ll do everything I can to take the stress out of your home buying experience. Including helping you find the right lender, inspector, appraiser, and all the other service providers that make for a smooth and worry-free transaction.

Step 1. The Shopping List

Give Bill a little info so he can get started in helping you find YOUR Ideal Home 

Step 2. The Video Conference

Bill will reach out and schedule a video conference to discuss your real estate goals. What are your wants and needs that you have and he will explain the process in more detail and answer all of your questions?

Step 3. Loan Application

Time to get a Lender and get pre-approved. Forrest Team of REALTORS only recommends using local lenders.  There are so many variables in the purchase process and we are committed to taking all of the "luck" out of the process. Going "Local Only" with the loan is the only way we can guarantee your loan process and deliver that ideal home for you.

Step 4. Finding that Home

Bill helps you find YOUR Ideal home. You will get daily updates of the new properties available that match your chosen criteria. You then get to evaluate each of the properties remotely narrowing the field down to a final few for detailed consideration in person or by virtual showings.

Step 5. Negotiating the Best Deal on Your Terms

Once we have found the one Bill and his team helps you craft the offer utilizing his decades of experience helping you negotiate the best possible deal on your terms.

Step 6. Inspections and More

After getting the deal together Bill and his team will help you get the right inspector to make sure that you are getting not only a good deal but a solid home.  Once Due-Diligence is finished the Team and their excellent vendors help you get to the closing table and get the keys to your new home!
